玄莪二仙汤治疗乳腺增生病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察玄莪二仙汤治疗乳腺增生病临床疗效。方法:选取68例确诊为乳腺增生的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予乳癖散结胶囊口服治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予玄莪二仙汤加减治疗,连续口服21d。分别观察2组治疗前后的中医证候积分、临床疗效、性激素水平指标(血清雌二醇、孕激素)、超声分级。结果:治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分降低明显,在统计学上显著差异;治疗组有效率和治愈率更高,具有统计学意义;性激素水平指标的比较表明血清孕激素存在显著差异;超声分级的比较结果显示治疗后2组间存在统计学上的显著差异。结论:玄莪二仙汤治疗发挥传统中医调摄冲任、和营散结优势,对乳腺增生病具有较好的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuan’e Erxian Decoction in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods:A total of 68 patients diagnosed with breast hyperplasia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given oral treatment of Rupi Sanjie Capsules on the basis of conventional treatment;the treatment group was given Xuan’e Erxian Decoction plus or minus treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,and the treatment was taken orally for 21 consecutive days.The TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,sex hormone level indicators(serum estradiol,progesterone),and ultrasound grading of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group decreased significantly,with statistically significant differences;the effective rate and cure rate of the treatment group were higher,with statistical significance;the comparison of sex hormone level indicators showed that there was a significant difference in serum progesterone;the comparison of ultrasound grading showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:Xuan’e Erxian Decoction treatment plays the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating Chong and Ren,and harmonizing Ying and dispersing knots,and has a good clinical efficacy for breast hyperplasia.
