断指再植术在可以吻合掌侧静脉的甲根部离断断指患者中的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析断指再植术在可以吻合掌侧静脉的甲根部离断断指患者中的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月-2023年12月东莞市寮步医院收治的60例末节甲根部以远断指患者资料,根据治疗情况不同将其分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组采用常规再植方法,研究组采用吻合掌侧静脉断指再植术治疗。比较两组断指存活情况、手指功能及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组的断指成活率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的手指功能总分为(78.45±12.03)分,高于对照组的(50.94±9.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:可以吻合掌侧静脉的甲根部离断断指患者接受断指再植术的成活率较高,且外形、感觉、功能恢复良好,并发症发生率较低,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of replantation of severed finger in patients with nail root dissociation anastomosis of palmar vein.Methods:The data of 60 patients with distal finger amputation by distal nail root treated in Dongguan Liaobu Hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment conditions,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with severed finger replantation.The amputation survival,finger function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The survival rate of severed finger in the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of finger function in the study group was(78.45±12.03)points,which was higher than(50.94±9.89)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was 0.00%,which was lower than 13.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The survival rate of patients with nail root dissociation anastomosis of palmar vein undergoing severed fingers replantation is higher,the appearance,sensation and function are recovered well,the complication rate is low,and it has high clinical application value.
