铜砭刮痧结合刺血拔罐治疗寒湿痹阻型颈椎病患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究并分析铜砭刮痧结合刺血拔罐治疗寒湿痹阻型颈椎病患者的效果。方法:选择2023年1-12月赫章县中医医院收治的70例寒湿痹阻型颈椎病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组采用刺血拔罐治疗,研究组采用铜砭刮痧结合刺血拔罐治疗。两组均治疗1个月。对比两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、症状缓解时间。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为8.57%,相较于对照组的5.71%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组颈部疼痛、僵硬、活动受限症状的缓解时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:铜砭刮痧结合刺血拔罐治疗湿痹阻型颈椎病患者具有显著的疗效,能有效促进患者缓解颈部疼痛、僵硬、活动受限程度,具有一定的安全性。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of copper scraping combined with pricking blood cupping therapy on patients with cold dampness obstruction type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with cold dampness obstruction type of cervical spondylosis treated in Hezhang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a research group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pricking blood cupping therapy,and the study group was treated with copper scraping combined with pricking blood cupping therapy.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and duration of symptom remission were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.14%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.57%,compared with 5.71%in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The relief time of neck pain,stiffness and mobility restriction in the study group were shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Copper scraping combined with pricking blood cupping therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of cervical spondylosis with dampness obstruction,which can effectively promote the patients to relieve neck pain,stiffness and movement limitation,and has a certain safety.
