摘 要:目的:分析膝骨关节炎患者术后康复治疗中应用持续被动训练仪的效果。方法:选取2021年7月-2023年6月天门市中医医院收治的100例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组及研究组,各50例。对照组采用常规术后康复治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用持续被动训练仪干预。两组均干预2周。对比两组疼痛程度、关节液相关指标、关节活动度及膝关节功能。结果:干预后,研究组的疼痛视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的转化生长因子-β水平高于对照组,白细胞介素-6水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的关节活动度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的日本膝关节骨关节炎功能评估量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝骨关节炎患者术后康复治疗中使用持续被动训练仪可显著改善疼痛程度、关节液相关指标、关节活动度及膝关节功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous passive training instrument in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Tianmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional postoperative rehabilitation treatment,and the study group received continuous passive training instrument intervention based on the control group.Both groups were treated 2 weeks.The pain degree,joint fluid related indexes,joint motion and knee joint function were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the level of transforming growth factor-βin the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of interleukin-6 was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the joint motion of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Japanese Knee Osteoarthritis Measure score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of continuous passive training instrument in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with knee osteoarthritis can significantly improve the degree of pain,joint fluid related indexes,joint motion and knee joint function.
