摘 要:为解决数据中心机房高能耗和高水耗的问题,利用中空纤维膜冷却器给空调系统制取冷水,以提高系统性能系数和降低耗水量。首先,采用响应曲面法(RSM)设计实验方案,选取空气温度、相对湿度、空气流量、入口水温和水流量作为影响因子,并搭建了基于叉流式中空纤维膜冷却器的冷却系统实验台。然后,整理分析数据以评估各影响因子对出口水温、冷却效率、性能系数(coefficient of performance,COP)和耗水量等响应值的潜在影响及其程度。研究结果表明,入口水温与出口水温之间存在显著的正相关关系,并且当入口水温为34℃时,系统的冷却性能最佳。此外,提高空气流量有助于增加冷却效率与COP,并能有效降低耗水量。虽然增大水流量可以进一步提高COP,但同时也会导致出口水温上升和耗水量增加。此研究为数据中心空调冷却系统的优化设计提供了科学依据和理论支持。In response to the high energy and water consumption of data centers,hollow fiber membrane chillers were used to produce chilled water for the system in order to improve the air conditioning system performance and reduce water consumption.The response surface methodology(RSM)was used to design the experimental program.Air temperature,relative humidity,air flow rate,inlet water temperature and water flow rate were selected as impact factors.And a cooling system experimental bench based on fork flow hollow fiber membrane cooler was built.The data were collated and analyzed to assess the potential impact of each impact factor on the response values,including outlet water temperature,cooling efficiency,coefficient of performance(COP)and water consumption,and their magnitude.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between inlet water temperature and outlet water temperature.And the cooling performance of the system is optimized when the inlet water temperature is 34℃.In addition,increased air flow helps to increase cooling efficiency and COP,and can effectively reduce water consumption.While increasing the water flow rate can further increase COP,it can lead to an increase in outlet water temperature and an increase in water consumption.This study provides scientific basis and theoretical support for the optimal design of air conditioning cooling system in data centers.
