氧化铝/氮化铝共掺对液体硅橡胶热性能与力学性能的协同优化机制

摘  要:为提高硅橡胶热导率并兼顾其绝缘性和力学性能,以氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))和氮化铝(AlN)粉末为填充材料,偶联剂为改性剂,硅橡胶为基体,将氧化铝和氮化铝按照一定比例(4∶1、3∶2、2∶3、1∶4)混合制备液体硅橡胶,以此构建有效的导热网络来增强材料的导热性。结果显示,相较于只添加1种填料的硅橡胶,使用2种不同填料混合得到的硅橡胶在热性能和力学性能上均有显著提升。特别是当氧化铝与氮化铝的混合比例为4∶1时,硅橡胶复合材料的热导率达到最高,为1.347 W/(m·K)。同时,该比例下的复合材料展现出88.6的邵尔A硬度,3.79 MPa的拉伸强度,9.53%的断裂伸长率,以及3.962×10^(13)Ω·m的体积电阻率。研究表明,通过优化氧化铝和氮化铝的混合比例,硅橡胶复合材料在显著提升热导率和力学性能的同时,保持了优良的电绝缘性能,展示了其在电子封装和热管理等领域的广泛应用潜力。In order to improve the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber and take into account its insulation and mechanical properties,alumina(Al_(2)O_(3))and aluminum nitride(AlN)powders were used as filler materials,coupling agents were used as modifiers,and silicone rubber was used as the matrix.Liquid silicone rubber was prepared by mixing different proportions of fillers(4∶1,3∶2,2∶3,1∶4)to construct an effective thermal conductivity network,thereby enhancing the thermal conductivity of the material.The results show that compared with the silicone rubber with only one filler,the thermal and mechanical properties of the silicone rubber obtained by mixing two different fillers are significantly improved.When the mixing ratio of alumina and aluminum nitride is 4∶1,the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber composites reaches the highest,which is 1.347 W/(m·K).At the same time,the composite material at this ratio shows a Shore A hardness of 88.6,a tensile strength of 3.79 MPa,a elongation at break of 9.53%,and a volume resistivity of 3.962×10^(13)Ω·m.Research indicates that by optimizing the mixing ratio of alumina and aluminum nitride,silicone rubber composites can significantly enhance thermal conductivity and mechanical properties while maintaining excellent electrical insulation performance.This demonstrates their substantial potential for applications in electronic packaging and thermal management.
