益肾泄浊汤联合西医疗法对肾虚湿浊型慢性肾脏病患者钙磷代谢及肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾泄浊汤联合西医疗法治疗肾虚湿浊型慢性肾脏病(CKD)的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月—2023年11月济南市中西医结合医院收治的82例肾虚湿浊型CKD患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用常规西医疗法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用益肾泄浊汤治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、钙磷代谢、肾功能及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为82.93%,高于对照组的65.85%,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组血磷、血肌酐、尿素氮均低于对照组,血钙、肾小球滤过率均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论肾虚湿浊型CKD患者应用益肾泄浊汤联合西医疗法治疗的效果较佳,有利于纠正钙磷代谢紊乱,改善肾功能,且安全可靠。Objective To explore the effect of Yishen Xiezhuo decoction combined with Western medicine therapy in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)with kidney deficiency and dampness turbidity type.Methods A total of 82 CKD patients with kidney deficiency and dampness and turbidity treated in Jinan Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from February 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine therapy,and the observation group was treated with Yishen Xiezhuo decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,calcium and phosphorus metabolism,renal function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 82.93%,which was higher than 65.85%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,blood phosphorus,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and blood calcium and glomerular filtration rate were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion The effect of Yishen Xiezhuo decoction combined with Western medicine therapy in the treatment of CKD patients with kidney deficiency and dampness turidity type is better,which is conducive to correcting the disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism,improving renal function,and is safe and reliable.
