中药熏洗方联合个性化功能锻炼对踝关节骨折术后患者功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗方联合个性化功能锻炼对踝关节骨折术后患者功能恢复的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2024年6月泰州市姜堰中医院收治的60例踝关节骨折术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规康复训练治疗,观察组采用中药熏洗方联合个性化功能锻炼治疗,两组均持续治疗8周。比较两组的疼痛程度、功能恢复情况、关节活动度。结果治疗后,观察组美国矫形外科足踝协会评分表、Baird-Jackson踝关节功能标准评分分别为(83.41±3.78)分、(85.12±4.11)分,均高于对照组的(78.80±3.59)分、(79.96±3.64)分,疼痛视觉模拟评分为(2.28±1.27)分,低于对照组的(3.42±1.54)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组踝关节屈、伸、旋前、旋后活动度均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗方联合个性化功能锻炼有助于减轻踝关节骨折术后患者的疼痛程度,修复其踝关节功能,扩大关节活动度。Objective To explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing prescriptions combined with personalized functional exercises on the functional recovery of patients after ankle fracture surgery.Methods Sixty patients who had undergone ankle fracture surgery and were admitted to Taizhou Jiangyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation training,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing prescriptions combined with personalized functional exercises,both groups received continuous treatment for 8 weeks.The pain levels,functional recovery status,and range of joint motion of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society Scoring Scale and the Baird-Jackson Ankle Joint Function Standard scoring in the observation group were(83.41±3.78)points and(85.12±4.11)points respectively,which were higher than(78.80±3.59)points and(79.96±3.64)points in the control group,the Visual Analogue Scale score for pain in the observation group was(2.28±1.27)points,which was lower than(3.42±1.54)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the ranges of motion of ankle joint flexion,extension,pronation and supination in the observation group were all greater than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing prescriptions and personalized functional exercises is helpful in alleviating the pain level of patients after ankle fracture surgery,repairing the function of their ankle joints and expand the range of joint motion.
