电针颈夹脊穴联合西药常规治疗对急性期神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛及颈椎生理曲度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨电针颈夹脊穴联合西药常规治疗对急性期神经根型颈椎病(CSR)患者的影响。方法选取2023年1月—2024年6月长阳土家族自治县人民医院收治的100例急性期CSR患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用电针颈夹脊穴治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。对比两组的疼痛度、颈椎生理曲度、炎症因子水平、康复情况。结果治疗后,观察组简化麦吉尔疼痛问卷中的疼痛视觉模拟评分、疼痛强度及疼痛评定指数评分均低于对照组,Cobb角大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组颈椎功能障碍指数评分为(22.46±5.77)分,低于对照组的(30.31±4.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性期CSR患者中应用电针颈夹脊穴联合西药常规治疗效果显著,可缓解疼痛,改善颈椎生理曲度,减轻炎症反应,加快康复进程。Objective To explore the effect of electroacupuncture at cervical Jiaji point combined with conventional western medicine on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)in acute phase.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute phase CSR treated in Changyang Tujia Autonomous County People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received electroacupuncture treatment at cervical jiaji point on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The pain degree,physiological curvature of cervical vertebra,inflammatory factor level and rehabilitation status of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,In the Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire of the observation group,the pain Visual Analogue Scale,Present Pain Intensit and Pain Rating Index scores were all lower than those of the control group,and the Cobb Angle was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05);the levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-1βin observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of Neck Disability Index was(22.46±5.77)points of the observation group,which was lower than(30.31±4.12)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with acute phase CSR,electroacupuncture combined with conventional western medicine has a significant effect,which can relieve pain,improve the physiological curvature of cervical vertebra,reduce inflammation and speed up the rehabilitation process.
