中药蜡疗护理联合俯卧位顺势牵引干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛及腰椎功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药蜡疗护理联合俯卧位顺势牵引干预对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者疼痛及腰椎功能的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年9月黔西南州人民医院收治的68例LDH患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组实施俯卧位顺势牵引干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药蜡疗护理干预,两组均持续干预1个月。比较两组的疼痛情况、腰椎功能、生活质量。结果干预1个月后,两组疼痛分级指数中的疼痛感觉、疼痛情感评分及总分均低于干预前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Oswestry功能障碍指数评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,两组腰椎日本骨科协会评估治疗分数均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组健康调查简表评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药蜡疗护理联合俯卧位顺势牵引干预能够减轻LDH患者的疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能,提升生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy nursing combined with prone position traction intervention on pain and lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods Selecting 68 LDH patients admitted to Qianxinan Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was subjected to prone position traction intervention,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,both groups received continuous intervention for one month.Compare the pain situation,lumbar spine function and quality of life between two groups.Results After one month of intervention,the pain sensation,pain emotion score,and total score in the two groups'pain rating indexes were all lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Oswestry Disability Index scores of both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the lumbarspine Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores of both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the 36-item Short Form Health Surve scores of both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy nursing combined with prone position traction intervention can alleviate the pain level of LDH patients,improve lumbar function,and enhance their quality of life.
