马来酸依那普利叶酸片与马来酸依那普利片对H型高血压患者血压水平及血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨H型高血压(H-HTN)应用马来酸依那普利片与马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗对其血压水平及血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取2022年6月—2024年6月泰兴市第三人民医院收治的84例H-HTN患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组42例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,对照组患者给予马来酸依那普利片治疗,试验组患者给予马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗,两组患者均持续治疗1个月。比较两组的临床疗效、血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、血压水平、血管内皮功能、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组血浆Hcy水平、收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组血管内皮素-1水平低于对照组,一氧化氮水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在H-HTN患者治疗中,与马来酸依那普利片相比,应用马来酸依那普利叶酸片临床疗效更确切,能够进一步降低血浆Hcy、血压水平,改善血管内皮功能,且安全可靠。Objective To explore the effects of enalapril maleate tablets and enalapril maleate folic acid tablets on blood pressure levels and vascular endothelial function in patients with H-type hypertension(H-HTN).Methods Eighty-Four patients with H-type hypertension(H-HTN)admitted to Taixing Third People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were given basic treatment.The patients in the control group were treated with enalapril maleate tablets,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with enalapril maleate folic acid tablets,both groups of patients continued the treatment for one month.The clinical efficacy,plasma homocysteine(Hcy)level,blood pressure level,vascular endothelial function and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.24%,which was higher than 80.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hcy,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of vascular endothelin-1 in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of nitric oxide was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with H-HTN,compared with enalapril maleate tablets,enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets have more definite clinical efficacy.They can further reduce the levels of plasma Hcy and blood pressure,improve vascular endothelial
