优质化护理服务在老年慢性支气管炎患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨优质化护理服务在老年慢性支气管炎(CB)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月—2023年5月济南市第三人民医院收治的100例老年CB患者为研究对象,采用双色球法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理服务,观察组采用优质化护理服务。对比两组的症状消失时间、心理状态和睡眠质量、生活质量。结果观察组喘息、气促、咳嗽、肺啰音消失时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量综合评定问卷各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年CB患者中应用优质化护理服务的效果显著,可促进患者病情好转,提升生活质量,改善患者的心理状况及睡眠质量。Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing services in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis(CB).Methods Selecting 100 elderly CB patients admitted to Jinan Third People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 as the research subjects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group using the dual color sphere method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing services,while the observation group received high-quality nursing services.Compare the time of symptom disappearance,psychological state,sleep quality,and quality of life between two groups.Results The disappearance time of wheezing,shortness of breath,cough,and lung rales in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Self Rating Depression Scale,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of various dimensions in the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of high-quality nursing service for elderly CB patients is remarkable,which can promote the condition improvement,improve the quality of life,improve the psychological status and sleep quality of patients.
