企业社会责任与对外直接投资模式——基于组织冗余与CEO国际化经验的调节效应

摘　　要：基于社会网络理论,本文利用2010—2021年中国沪深A股上市企业数据,实证分析了企业社会责任对企业对外直接投资模式的影响,探讨组织冗余和CEO国际化经验的调节作用。结果表明:承担社会责任的企业倾向于选择天生对外直接投资模式;未吸收冗余越多,承担社会责任的企业越倾向于选择天生对外直接投资模式;吸收冗余越多,承担社会责任的企业越倾向于选择渐进对外直接投资模式;CEO国际化经验越丰富,承担社会责任的企业越倾向于选择天生对外直接投资模式;当企业投资于与母国制度距离较小的东道国时,上述结论更加显著。研究结果丰富了企业社会责任领域的文献,为企业对外直接投资模式选择提供了有益参考。Enhancing urban economic resilience is an inherent requirement for effectively promoting the high-quality development of urban economy and regional economy,and it is also the only way to build a dual-cycle development pattern to expand domesticdemand.Population agglomeration is the basis of urban development.Under the background that China's economy has entered the channel of "accompanied growth",how to use agglomeration effect to enhance urban economy resilience is particularly important.Based on the panel data of 267 prefecture-level cities in China from 2010 to 2021,this paper examines the impact of population agglomeration on urban economic resilience,and analyzes the threshold effects of human capital level and marketization degree.Through theoretical and empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:First,during the study period,population agglomeration can promote urban economicresilience.Second,the impact of population agglomeration on urban economic resilience is greater in eastern cities and prefecture-level cities.Third,there are threshold effects of human capital level and marketization degree on the impact of population agglomeration on urban economicresilience.As the human capital level and marketization degree increase,the impact of population agglomeration on urban economic resilience is enhanced.The research results are helpful to clarify the effect of population agglomeration on urban economy,and provide references for optimizing the spatial pattern of population distribution and enhancing urban economicresilience.This paper offers the following policy implications:First,implement differentiated guidance for population policies.When formulating policies on population mobility,the government should pay attention to the impact of population spatial distribution and agglomeration on urban economies.In special circumstances,it is necessary to break through the institutional mechanism barriers to the orderly flow of population,thereby laying a solid foundation for urban economic development.
