摘 要:将前景理论与ELECTRE方法相结合,建立一种适用于属性值为直觉对偶犹豫模糊二元语义群的决策方法。基于直觉对偶犹豫模糊集与二元语义的定义,给出直觉对偶犹豫模糊二元语义的新定义和其得分函数及距离测度公式;利用偏差最大化法计算客观权重,且假设主观权重已知,根据综合赋权法算出组合权重;利用前景理论对传统ELECTRE法做出改进,考虑了决策者在决策过程中的有限理性,使得决策结果更符合实际情境。通过与现有算法的比较,验证了该算法的正确性和实用性。A novel approach combining prospect theory and the ELECTRE method is introduced to address multi-attribute group decision-making problems,where attribute values are represented using intuitionistic dual hesitant fuzzy two-tuple semantics.Building upon the definitions of intuitionistic dual hesitant fuzzy sets and two-tuple semantics,a new concept-intuitionistic dual hesitant fuzzy two-tuple semantics is established.Assuming that the subjective weight is known,the objective weight is calculated by the method of maximum deviation,and the combined weight is calculated by the method of comprehensive weighting.The prospect theory is used to improve the traditional ELECTRE method,which considers the limited rationality of the decision-maker in the process of decision-making and makes the decision-making result more inline with the actual situation.Ultimately,the practicality and efficiency of the suggested approach are demonstrated.
