摘 要:针对热轧板带生产线某些钢种在炉时间偏长、影响正常生产轧制节奏和效率的问题,采用Anylogic智能体流程软件对2050热轧带钢生产线长驻炉钢种的专用炉生产模式进行流程仿真,分析不同专用炉生产模式条件下的板坯生产效率和加热炉各项指标变化规律。研究结果表明,采用专用模式可以有效降低长驻炉钢种的平均在炉时间,提高与常规轧程的衔接效率,有效提高轧钢的机时产量;管线钢X80平均在炉时间从267 min下降到239 min,缩短10.5%;轧机的最大利用效率由65.09%增加到71.90%,提高了10.4%。该专用炉生产模式优化了板带铸轧界面生产流程效率,为现场生产提供了理论和数据支撑。In response to the problem of certain steel grades in the hot-rolled strip production line being affected by long furnace time,which affects the normal production and rolling rhythm and efficiency,Anylogic intelligent agent process software was used to simulate the process of the dedicated furnace production mode for the 2050 hot-rolled strip production line′s long-term heating steel grades.The production efficiency of slab and the changes in various indicators of heating furnace under different production modes of dedicated furnaces were analyzed.The research results indicate that adopting a dedicated mode can effectively reduce the average furnace time of long-term heating steel grades.It improves the efficiency of connection with conventional rolling processes and effectively increases the machine time output of steel rolling.The average furnace time of pipeline steel X80 decreases from 267 min to 239 min,a reduction of 10.5%.The maximum utilization efficiency of the rolling mill increases from 65.09%to 71.90%,and increases by 10.4%.The production mode of this special furnace has optimized the efficiency of the plate and strip casting and rolling interface production process,providing theoretical data support for on-site production.
