摘 要:采用自由基共聚合制备出水溶性载丁香酚的丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸共聚物前药,通过红外光谱与核磁氢谱对共聚物前药进行了结构表征,结果发现丁香酚与丙烯酸发生酯化反应接载到前药中。紫外分光光度法测试结果表明,共聚物前药在酸性、碱性及中性溶液中可以释放出丁香酚,且在不同pH值缓冲液中都具有缓释作用,可持续释放达24h。共聚物前药在水中的溶解度相比于丁香酚单体有所提高。抑菌实验证实,共聚物前药对大肠杆菌(E.coli)和金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)具有较好的抗菌性。光密度法测量的共聚物前药对E.coli和S.aureus的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为31.25μg/mL。The acrylamide-acrylic acid copolymer prodrug with water soluble eugenol was prepared by radical co-polymerization.The prodrug was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and found that eugenol and acrylic acid were esterified and loaded into the prodrug.UV test results showed that the copolymer prodrug can release eugenol in acidic,alkaline and neutral solutions and had slow-release effect in different pH buffer solutions,lasting for up to 24h.The solubility of the copolymer prodrug in water was improved compared with the eugenol monomer.The bacteriostatic experiments confirmed that the copolymer prodrugs had good antibacterial properties against E.coli(E.coli)and Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus).The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of the copolymer prodrug for E.coli and S.aureus was 31.25μg/mL.
