一起鹿呼吸道综合征相关病原的分析与鉴定

摘  要:2023年10月,甘肃一梅花鹿养殖场发生因鹿呼吸道疾病引起死亡的病情。为了解造成此次病情的病原,采集发病鹿的鼻腔深部棉拭子和血液样品、病死鹿组织样品,采用qPCR和RT-qPCR方法,分别对绵羊支原体、牛副流感病毒3型、牛疱疹病毒、牛冠状病毒、牛呼吸道合胞体病毒、溶血性曼氏杆菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌、化脓隐秘杆菌8种呼吸道综合征相关病原进行检测。结果显示,共检出4种病原,其中绵羊支原体和化脓隐秘杆菌阳性各3份,多杀性巴氏杆菌和溶血性曼氏杆菌阳性各4份,证实该场呼吸道病情由以上4种病原混合感染引起。对病原进行分离鉴定,结果获得1株溶血性曼氏杆菌。药敏试验分析发现,该菌株对头孢吡肟、妥布霉素、卡那霉素、麦迪霉素、哌拉西林敏感,对氨苄西林、头孢唑啉、头孢噻吩、头孢呋辛、头孢西叮、头孢哌酮耐药。研究结果为该鹿场呼吸道疾病防控和针对性治疗提供了参考依据。In October 2023,a respiratory disease outbreak occurred among sika deer at a farm in Gansu Province.To investigate the etiology,nasal swabs and blood samples from infected deer and tissue samples from deceased animals were analyzed using q PCR and RT-q PCR.Eight pathogens associated with deer respiratory syndrome were detected,including Mycoplasma ovis,bovine parainfluenza virus type 3,bovine herpesvirus 1,bovine coronavirus,bovine respiratory syncytial virus,Mannheimia haemolytica,Pasteurella multocida,and Arcanobacterium pyogenes.The results showed that a total of four pathogens were detected,of which three were positive for M.ovis,four were positive for P.multocida,four were positive for M.haemolytica and three were positive for A.pyogenes,confirming that the respiratory disease on the farm was caused by a mixed infection of the above four pathogens.Isolation and identification of the pathogens resulted in the acquisition of one strain of M.haemolytica.Subsequent drug sensitivity testing showed that the strain was sensitive to cefepime,tobramycin,kanamycin,midecamycin,and piperacillin,but resistant to ampicillin,cefazolin,cephalothin,cefuroxime,cefoxitin,cefoperazone.The study results offer valuable insights for the prevention,control,and targeted treatment of respiratory diseases in the deer farms.
