摘　　要：焦虑是HIV感染者常见的伴随精神心理问题之一,可能严重影响患者的生活质量、抗病毒治疗依从性和疾病进展。本共识总结了当前中国HIV感染合并焦虑的诊疗和管理现状,提出了基于循证医学的干预策略。通过广泛的文献检索和大量临床实践,本共识提出了焦虑的识别、筛查、诊断、鉴别诊断、药物治疗、心理治疗及多学科协作管理的具体建议,强调了对HIV感染者进行神经精神症状早期筛查、抗病毒治疗方案选择及焦虑的干预,以期为中国HIV感染者合并焦虑的诊疗提供了科学依据与临床指导,改善患者的心理健康,提升抗病毒治疗效果。Anxiety disorders are a common psychiatric comorbidity among people living with HIV(PLWH),exerting a substantial impact on their quality of life,adherence to combination antiretroviral therapy(cART),and disease trajectory.This expert consensus synthesizes current practice in the diagnosis,treatment and management of anxiety associated with HIV infection in China,and provides evidence-based recommendations for intervention.Based on an extensive literature review and clinical practice,the consensus outlines protocols for the identification,screening,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,pharmacological interventions,psychological therapies,and multidisciplinary collaborative management.It emphasizes the importance of early screening for neuropsychiatric symptoms,selection of cART regimens and interventions for anxiety in PLWH.The goal of this consensus is to provide a robust scientific framework and practical clinical guidelines for the management of anxiety in PLWH in China,thereby promoting improved mental well-being and optimizing cART outcomes.
