摘　　要：cART延长了HIV/AIDS患者寿命,但吸烟显著增加其死亡率和严重疾病风险,甚至在某些情况下超过HIV本身的危害。戒烟可减少疾病负担并改善预后,然而我国HIV/AIDS患者戒烟成功率较低,亟需优化戒烟干预策略。本文评估了药物治疗、行为干预和数字化手段的戒烟效果,提出将烟草依赖治疗纳入HIV感染护理体系的建议,旨在为我国HIV/AIDS患者的戒烟策略提供依据,推动公共卫生系统进步。Combination antiretroviral therapy(cART)has prolonged the lifespan of HIV/AIDS patients,but smoking significantly increases their mortality and the risk of serious diseases,sometimes exceeding the harm caused by HIV itself.Smoking cessation can reduce disease burden and improve prognosis.However,the success rate of smoking cessation among people living with HIV/AIDS in China is relatively low,and there is an urgent need to optimize smoking cessation intervention strategies.This article evaluates the effectiveness of pharmacological treatments,behavioral interventions,and digital approaches for smoking cessation,and proposes the integration of tobacco dependence treatment into the HIV care system.We aimed to provide evidences for smoking cessation strategies for HIV/AIDS patients in China and to promote advancements in the public health system.
