摘 要:洁净钢生产是当代炼钢技术发展的重要方向,钢液碳氧积控制一直是转炉炼钢特别重要的指标,也是冶金科研工作者重点关注的方向。为进一步挖掘转炉复吹的冶金效果,降低转炉停吹钢水游离氧质量分数和碳氧积,实现转炉钢水洁净化冶炼的目标,开展了基于双环缝式底吹供气元件的转炉高效、长寿命复吹技术研究与开发。研究过程中,基于环缝式底吹风口特性,进行了底吹风口布置位置与供气工艺的优化,开发了高效底吹供气工艺与转炉底吹长寿命可视化维护技术,并在稀土钢板材厂240 t转炉进行了环缝式底吹供气技术的工业实践。工艺技术应用后,关键技术指标明显优化,初步达到转炉钢水洁净化冶炼的目标,主要表现为脱碳效率进一步提升,低碳钢终点碳质量分数由平均0.055%降低至平均0.033%;转炉终渣氧化性有效降低,渣中全铁质量分数由平均25.5%降至22.9%,平均降低2.6个百分点;转炉冶炼磷元素控制更趋稳定,渣中P_(2)O_(5)质量分数平均提高约0.2个百分点;有效复吹炉龄超过5500炉,炉役复吹比由原来的50%提升至70%,取得全新突破;低碳钢转炉冶炼效果得到优化,终点平均碳氧积约为0.0019(平均出钢温度为1670℃),相比之前降低0.0005~0.0015。Clean steel production is an important direction for the development of contemporary steelmaking technology.The control of carbon and oxygen product in molten steel has always been a particularly important indicator for converter steelmaking,and it is also a focus of attention for metallurgical researchers.In order to further explore the metallurgical effect of converter combined blowing process,and further reduce the free oxygen mass fraction and carbon oxygen product of the molten steel,explore the goal of a clean and purified smelting of converter molten steel.The research and development of high efficiency and long-life combined blowing technology based on double annular tuyere was carried out.Based on the characteristic of double annular blowing tuyeres,the layout position and gas supply process of the bottom blowing tuyere were optimized,an efficient and long-life combined blowing technology for the long-life visual maintenance of the converter were taken into action.Industrial practice of this technology was carried out on the 240 t converter of the Rare Earth Steel Plate Factory.Under which,the goal of clean steel's purify production of converter smelting is preliminary achieved,key technical indicators have been significantly optimized,such as,the decarburization efficiency is further improved,and the endpoint carbon mass fraction of low-carbon steel decreases from an average 0.055%to average 0.033%.The final slag TFe mass fraction is effectively reduced,from average 25.5%to average 22.9%,with an average decrease of 2.6 percent point.The phosphorus element content of the steel is more stable,with the average slag w(P_(2)O_(5))increases by about 0.2 percent point.Effective combined blowing furnace life is made a new breakthrough,to a level of 5500 heats,the ratio of combined blowing in the campaign has been increased from 50%to 70%.The smelting effect of low-carbon steel converter has been optimized,for the endpoint carbon oxygen product reaches to a level of 0.0019 on average,under an average tapping tem
