摘　　要：目的分析B型钠尿肽前体(NTpro-BNP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、胱抑素C(CysC)与中老年心脏代谢性共病(CMM)患者失能风险的相关性。方法选取中国科技大学附属第一医院(安徽省立医院)自2022年5月至2023年12月收治的100例中老年CMM患者为研究对象。根据是否失能将患者分入失能组和未失能组。采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析中老年CMM患者失能发生的影响因素,采用Spearman相关性分析NTpro-BNP、hs-CRP、CysC与中老年CMM患者失能风险的相关性。结果100例患者中,16例出现失能(失能组),84例无失能(未失能组)。失能组和非失能组患者的年龄、体质量指数及NTpro-BNP、hs-CRP、CysC水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄、NTpro-BNP、hs-CRP、CysC是中老年CMM患者失能的保护因素(P<0.05)。NTpro-BNP、hs-CRP、CysC与中老年CMM患者失能风险呈正相关(r=0.469、0.356、0.558,P<0.05)。结论血清NTpro-BNP、hs-CRP、CysC水平可作为中老年CMM患者失能的保护因素,与中老年CMM患者失能风险具有显著相关性。Objective To analyze the correlation between B-type natriuretic peptide(NTpro-BNP),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),cystatin C(CysC)and the risk of disability in middle-aged and elderly patients with cardiometabolic multimorbidit(CMM).Methods 100 middle-aged and elderly patients with CMM admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC(Anhui Provincial Hospital)from May 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Patients were divided into disabled group and non-disabled group according to whether disabled or not.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of disability in middle-aged and elderly CMM patients,and Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between NTpro-BNP,hs-CRP,CysC and the risk of disability in middle-aged and elderly CMM patients.Results Of the 100 patients,16 had disability(disabled group)and 84 had no disability(non-disabled group).There were significant differences in age,body mass index,NTpro-BNP,hs-CRP and CysC levels between disabled and non-disabled groups(P<0.05).Age,NTpro-BNP,hs-CRP and CysC were the protective factors for disability in middle-aged and elderly patients with CMM(P<0.05).NTpro-BNP,hs-CRP and CysC were positively correlated with the risk of disability in middle-aged and elderly CMM patients(r=0.469,0.356,0.558,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum NTpro-BNP,hs-CRP and CysC are protective factors for disability in middle-aged and elderly patients with CMM,and closely related to the risk of disability.
