摘  要:基于转炉熔池多反应区域理论详细分析了冶金反应热力学、动力学和耦合反应机制,探索了熔池耦合反应界面模型的应用实践。研究表明:平衡状态归一化分析即反应3区aCO(反应界面CO的活度)分别取100、10和1,a[O](反应界面钢液组元[O]的活度)分别取20~60、1~3和0.05~0.2时,多反应区域碳含量计算极限基本匹配冶炼终点实际钢液的极限,且其他组元的反应界面平衡状态均能匹配熔池冶炼规律变化。多组元反应产物方面,反应界面层内碳氧反应94%以上生成CO,铁氧反应99%以上生成FeO。反应速率变化方面,冶炼过程,钢液[Mn]和[P]平衡态极限值的变化为钢液“回锰”和“回磷”提供热力学条件;冶炼终点,钢液[C]的氧效率迅速降低至20%~30%左右,同时[Fe]的氧效率迅速升高至70%~80%;耦合反应界面模型的预测值和设备在线监测结果均符合经典脱碳三段式理论。The thermodynamics,kinetics and coupling reaction mechanisms of metallurgical reactions were analyzed in detail based on the theory of multiple reaction zones in converter melt pools,and the application practice of the melt pool coupling reaction interface model was explored.The research has shown that in the normalization analysis of equilibrium states,when the activity of carbon monoxide at the reaction interface is set to 100,10,and 1,and when the activity of the steel component at the reaction interface is set to 20-60,1-3,and 0.05-0.2,the calculated limit of carbon content in the three reaction zones basically matches the limit of the actual steel at the smelting endpoint,and the equilibrium states of the reaction interfaces of other components can match the limit values of the actual smelting process.In terms of multi-component reaction products,over 94%of carbon oxygen reactions within the reaction interface layer generate CO,while over 99%of iron oxygen reactions generate(FeO).In terms of reaction rate changes,during the smelting process,the changes in the equilibrium limit values of[Mn]and[P]in the molten steel provide thermodynamic conditions for the“manganese recovery”and“phosphorus recovery”of the molten steel.At the endpoint of smelting,the oxygen efficiency of steel[C]rapidly decreases to around 20%-30%,while the oxygen efficiency of[Fe]rapidly increases to 70%-80%.The predicted values of the coupled reaction interface model and the online monitoring results of the equipment both conform to the classical decarbonization three-stage theory.
