悖论式困境、高管认知框架与制造企业数字化转型

摘　　要：数字化转型正成为制造企业构筑持续竞争优势的必要路径,这一过程中遇到的障碍及解决机制值得进一步研究。基于3家制造企业的案例研究,本文发现,制造企业数字化转型面临的障碍根源于能力悖论、合作悖论和治理悖论等悖论式困境。当高管能够接受冲突的存在并将矛盾的要素差异化对待时,高管基于“矛盾认知框架”指引企业实施分割适应式数字化转型。而当高管将悖论式困境转化为统一体并整合处理矛盾要素时,高管借助“辩证认知框架”引领企业实施整体共演式数字化转型。由此,本文构建了认知视角下制造企业数字化转型微观机制的理论框架,不仅贡献于数字化转型的文献,还为制造企业如何有效应对转型中遇到的障碍提供实践指导。Digital transformation is becoming a necessary pathway for manufacturing enterprises to build sustainable competitive advantages.The obstacles encountered in this process and the mechanisms to address them merit further exploration.Building upon a multiple case study of three manufacturing enterprises,this paper finds that the obstacles to digital transformation stem from paradoxical tensions,such as capability paradoxes,collaboration paradoxes,and governance paradoxes.When executives acknowledge the existence of paradoxes and adopt a differentiated approach to contradictory elements,they guide enterprises through compartmentalized adaptation using paradoxical cognitive frames.Conversely,when executives transform paradoxical tensions into unified wholes and integrate contradictory elements,they lead enterprises through holistic co-evolution using dialectical cognitive frames.This study thereby constructs a theoretical framework of the micro-mechanisms of digital transformation from a cognitive perspective.The findings contribute to the literature on digital transformation and provide practical guidance for manufacturing enterprises on effectively addressing obstacles encountered during the transformation process.
