摘 要:综艺节目作为兼具文化属性与商业属性的文化产品,其生产过程中形成了庞大的资本市场。资本介入综艺节目生产是市场经济发展的必然结果,适度介入可激发市场活力、优化资源配置,但过度介入将会带来一定的社会风险,影响人民群众精神文化生活,损害主流媒体公信力,降低社会公平正义感。上述社会风险需要多元主体协同治理,生产机构需兼顾社会效益与经济效益,播出平台需自觉担当起主流媒体责任,监管部门需推动综艺产业治理现代化。As a cultural product with both cultural and commercial attributes,variety shows have formed a considerable capital market in their production process.Capital involvement in the production of variety shows is an inevitable result of the development of the market economy.Moderate intervention can stimulate market vitality and optimize resource allocation.However,excessive involvement will bring certain social risks,affecting the spiritual and cultural life of the people,damaging the credibility of mainstream media,and reducing social Sense of fairness and justice.The above-mentioned social risks need to be managed collaboratively by multiple entities.Production institutions need to consider both social and economic benefits.Broadcasting platforms need to assume the responsibility of mainstream media consciously.Regulatory authorities need to promote the modernization of variety show industry governance.
