摘　　要：随着国内电视剧产业供需矛盾的加大,电视剧项目制作对生产主体来说风险也随之增加。在分析了电视剧项目绩效相关影响因素基础上,本文基于数据包络分析方法从投入产出角度构建了电视剧项目的绩效评价体系,系统探讨了投入部分中资金投入与无形资产投入、产出部分中经济效益与社会效益在电视剧项目绩效评价中的作用。并通过35部样本电视剧的实证分析,验证了模型的有效性。最后提出了电视剧项目生产中提升绩效水平的应用策略与建议。With the increase of the contradiction between supply and demand in the domestic TV drama industry,the risk of TV drama project production for the main body of production also increases.Based on the analysis of the relevant factors affecting the performance of TV drama projects,this paper constructs the performance evaluation system of TV drama projects from the perspective of input-output based on the data envelopment analysis method,and systematically discusses the roles of capital input,intangible asset input,and economic and social benefits in the output part in the performance evaluation of teleplay projects.And through the empirical analysis of 35 sample TV plays,the validity of the model is verified.Finally,it puts forward the application strategies and suggestions to improve the performance level in the production of TV drama projects.
