摘  要:在火力发电领域,等离子点火技术和相应的冷却系统是提高燃烧效率和节能减排的关键,但目前冷却系统存在效率低、能耗高、维护成本高等问题。基于此,本文分析了目前等离子点火冷却水系统、火检冷却风系统运行中的主要问题,提出了包括凝结水替代、调整冷却水流量与压力、引入冷一次风作为冷却风源、改进冷却风系统逻辑控制等节能改造措施,并以实际案例验证了其有效性,对于等离子点火冷却水系统、火检冷却风系统的节能运行有一定的参考作用。In the field of thermal power generation,plasma ignition technology and corresponding cooling system are the key to improve combustion efficiency and energy saving and emission reduction,but the current cooling system has problems such as low efficiency,high energy consumption and high maintenance cost.Based on this,this paper analyzes the main problems in the operation of the plasma ignition cooling water system and the fire detection cooling air system,and proposes energy-saving transformation measures including condensate substitution,adjusting the cooling water flow and pressure,introducing cold primary air as the cooling air source,and improving the logic control of the cooling air system.
