摘　　要：以烟台市某建设用地地块为研究对象,根据地块历史情况,识别地块疑似污染区。通过专业判断法布设土壤和地下水采样点位,通过采样与检测分析,对比相关国家技术规范限值,判断该地块无需进行土壤污染状况详细调查风险评估,可作为第一类用地进行开发利用。Taking a construction land plot in Yantai City as the research object,the suspected pollution areas are identified based on the historical situation of the plot.The location of soil and groundwater sampling points are determined through professional judgment and through sampling and testing analysis,comparing with relevant national technical specifications,it is determined that the plot does not require a detailed investigation and risk assessment of soil pollution,and can be developed and utilized as a first-class land.
