摘　　要：绿色建筑的应用与发展,是要求也是趋势。本文探讨了价值工程在绿色建筑成本控制中的应用,阐述了价值工程的原理,以及价值工程在绿色建筑工程造价成本控制中的各阶段应用方法。结合案例分析了其在项目设计阶段、招标及合同阶段、施工阶段、运营阶段的应用效果,并总结了项目难点。得出价值工程在绿色建筑工程造价成本控制中发挥的重要作用,实现了功能与成本的协调配合,提升项目价值的思路。The application and development of green buildings is not only a requirement but also a trend.This paper explores the application of value engineering in the cost control of green buildings,explaining the principles of value engineering and the application methods of value engineering in the various stages of green building engineering cost control.It analyzes the application effects of value engineering in the design,bidding and contracting,construction,and operation stages of a project,and summarizes the project difficulties.It concludes that value engineering plays an important role in the cost control of green building engineering,achieving a coordinated combination of function and cost,and improving the value of the project.
