摘 要:为研究干冰对石灰石矿山爆破效果的影响,以某露天石灰石矿山为例,在分析干冰相变爆破理论的基础上,通过采用工程爆破技术手段并结合现场实际生产,实验研究了干冰在不同占比条件下的爆破效果。研究结果表明:中厚层石灰岩地质条件下,干冰对爆堆的抛掷作用影响较小对爆堆大块率的影响较大,干冰占比超过20%时影响铲装效率。干冰在岩石整体性能较好时其有效做功较大,节理裂隙对干冰使用影响较大,其能量逃逸严重,有效做功较少。干冰的使用能够在一定情况下替换部分炸药,降低炸药消耗,但应结合实际不同岩石地质条件确定最佳使用配比,避免影响开采工艺整体成本消耗。In order to study the effect of dry ice on the blasting effect of limestone mine,taking an open-air limestone mine as an example,based on the analysis of the theory of dry ice phase-change blasting,the blasting effect of dry ice under different proportions is experimentally studied by using engineering blasting technology and combining with the actual production on site.The results show that dry ice has a small effect on the blasting action and a larger effect on the bulk ratio of blasting pile under the geological conditions of medium and thick limestone,and the efficiency of shoveling is affected when the proportion of dry ice exceeds 20%.When the whole rock performance of dry ice is good,the effective work of dry ice is larger,the joint fissure has a greater influence on the use of dry ice,and the energy escape is serious,and the effective work is less.The use of dry ice can replace part of explosives and reduce explosive consumption under certain circumstances,but the optimal proportion of use should be determined according to the actual different rock geological conditions to avoid affecting the overall cost consumption of mining process.
