粮食安全背景下种粮农民收益的提升路径研究

摘　　要：粮食安全背景下,种粮农民收益如何提高是一个值得关注的问题。以农作物玉米为例,基于1999-2020年的数据,利用主成分回归分析方法分析影响四川农民收益的主要因素。研究发现粮食出售价格、粮食播种面积以及财政支农力度对种粮农民收益的影响效应最大。据此,提出以下建议:①完善粮食价格机制,力争提高种粮农民收益;②加强农业技术创新,持续扩大粮食播种面积;③加大财政支农力度,筑牢种粮农民收益根基。Under the background of food security,how to improve the income of grain farmers is an issue of concern.This paper takes Sichuan corn as an example,and analyses the main factors affecting farmers'returns using principal component regression analysis based on data from 1999 to 2020.It is found that grain selling price,grain sowing area and financial support for agriculture have the greatest effect on grain farmers'returns.Accordingly,this paper argues that we should:①Improve the food price mechanism and strive to improve the income of grain farmers.②trengthen agricultural technological innovation,and continue to expand the area sown with food.③Increase the financial support for agriculture,to build a solid foundation for the income of grain farmers.
