摘 要:电力现货市场改革使用户购电的复杂度显著增加。高速铁路作为用户侧重要的市场主体,具备用电量大,用电计划刚性的特点。依托政策变化、结合高铁企业电力负荷曲线特点,提出差异化购电模式,以抵御现货市场波动冲击,降低高铁企业用电成本,实现高铁企业高质量发展。The reform of the electricity spot market has significantly increased the complexity of electricity purchases for users.As a key market player on the user side,high-speed railways exhibit high electricity consumption and inflexible electricity usage plans.Leveraging policy changes and the unique electricity load curve of high-speed rail enterprises,a differentiated electricity purchase model is proposed to mitigate the impact of spot market fluctuations,reduce electricity costs,and foster high-quality development in high-speed rail enterprises.
