飞檐造型模板支撑体系安全控制措施研究

摘  要:现代建筑设计中合理运用飞檐造型既能体现古典建筑的稳重大气,也能感受到现代建筑的明快实用。但飞檐造型作为悬挑结构,尤其是在高层住宅中出现时,由于其模板支撑架立杆无处支设,所以必须搭设一个承力平台来解决支撑架的落点问题。承力平台、模板支撑架共同组成支撑体系,从而实现飞檐造型的浇筑施工。由于支撑体系较复杂,危险性较高,搭设过程的安全控制就显得尤为重要。本文主要研究如何识别此支撑体系搭设时的危险因素,识别后怎么应对,从而探讨出整个支撑体系安全的控制措施,为工程实际施工提供指导。The reasonable use of eaves in modern architectural design can not only reflect the stability and atmosphere of classical architecture,but also feel the brightness and practicality of modern architecture.However,as a cantilever structure,especially when it appears in high-rise residential buildings,the eaves design requires the installation of a load-bearing platform to solve the problem of the support frame's landing point due to the lack of support for the formwork support frame poles.The load-bearing platform and formwork support frame together form a support system,thereby achieving the pouring construction of the eaves shape.Due to the complexity and high risk of the supporting system,safety control during the construction process is particularly important.This article mainly studies how to identify the hazardous factors during the construction of this support system,and how to respond after identification,in order to explore the control measures for the safety of the entire support system and provide guidance for the actual construction of the project.
