摘  要:盾构始发是盾构施工的关键工序,针对济南软土富水地层盾构始发安全风险高,施工易造成洞口坍塌、涌水、涌砂等难点,重点对始发端头加固、洞门密封、洞门封堵、洞门降水等进行研究总结,创新性提出了洞门密封增设延伸钢环、增加弧形钢板二次封闭、端头加固质量九孔检查法、洞门封堵微创技术等系列综合性措施。本文依托济南轨道交通工程,盾构区间采取以上措施后,盾构始发不渗不漏、地表沉降最大值仅为5.32mm,有效降低了软土富水地层盾构始发事故发生概率,可为后续类似地层盾构始发工程提供参考借鉴。Shield tunneling launch is a key operation in shield tunneling construction.Due to the high safety risks and difficulties in launching shield tunneling in soft soil and water-rich strata in Ji'nan,such as collapse of the portal,water and sand inrush,this paper focuses on the research and summary of the measures for portal reinforcement,portal sealing,portal sealing,and portal dewatering.It has innovatively proposed a series of comprehensive measures,including extending the steel ring for portal sealing,adding arc-shaped steel plates for secondary sealing,a nine-hole inspection method for end head reinforcement quality,and minimally invasive portal sealing technology.Based on the Ji'nan urban rail transit project,after taking these measures,without seepage or leakage,the maximum surface settlement caused by shield tunneling launch was only 5.32mm,effectively reducing the probability of accidents during shield tunneling launch in soft soil and water-rich strata.It can provide reference and learning for similar shield tunneling launch projects in similar geological conditions.
