摘 要:随着桥梁建设的不断发展,悬臂浇筑施工技术因其独特的优势在大跨度桥梁建设中得到广泛应用,而挂篮预压作为悬臂浇筑施工的关键环节,对于保障施工安全和质量具有重要意义。本文以贵州省剑河至黎平高速公路项目为例,通过对工程中挂篮预压案例的分析,深入探讨了挂篮预压的体系设计、分析及施工技术运用。挂篮预压能够有效地检验挂篮结构的安全性,消除非弹性变形,获取准确的弹性变形数据,为桥梁悬臂浇筑施工提供可靠的技术参数。同时,针对预压过程中可能出现的问题,提出了相应的解决措施和优化建议。With the continuous development of bridge construction,cantilever casting construction technology has been widely used in large-span bridge construction due to its unique advantages.As a key link in cantilever casting construction,hanging basket preloading is of great significance for ensuring construction safety and quality.This article takes the Jianhe Liping Expressway project in Guizhou Province as an example,and through the analysis of the case of hanging basket preloading in the project,deeply explores the system design,analysis,and construction technology application of hanging basket preloading.Pre-pressing of the hanging basket can effectively verify the safety of the hanging basket structure,eliminate non elastic deformation,obtain accurate elastic deformation data,and provide reliable technical parameters for bridge cantilever pouring construction.Meanwhile,corresponding solutions and optimization suggestions have been proposed to address potential issues that may arise during the preloading process.
