摘  要:本文依托东山供水工程施工四标1-7#支洞施工为背景,自主研制了自卸汽车上下托运平台装置、托运平台固定牵引安全装置,通过自卸汽车上下托运平台,形成了主洞无轨运输支洞有轨运输联合出渣新方法,实现了无轨运输向有轨运输方式的转换,应用了视频监控技术、打点信号技术与卷扬机变频调速技术,取消了井底转渣和洞外转运工序,成功解决了水工隧洞大坡度支洞出渣难题,提高了施工效率、降低了安全风险、节约了施工成本。在工程实践中取得了良好应用效果,以期为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。Based on the construction of the 1-7#branch tunnels of the Dongshan Water Supply Project,this article independently developed a self dumping truck up and down transport platform device and a fixed traction safety device for the transport platform.Through the self dumping truck up and down transport platform,a new method of joint slag removal for trackless transportation in the main tunnel and rail transportation in the branch tunnel was formed,realizing the conversion from trackless transportation to rail transportation.Video monitoring technology,dot signal technology,and winch frequency conversion speed regulation technology were applied,eliminating the processes of bottom hole slag transfer and external transportation,successfully solving the problem of slag removal in steep slope branch tunnels of hydraulic tunnels,improving construction efficiency,reducing safety risks,and saving construction costs.Good application results have been achieved in engineering practice,in order to provide reference and guidance for similar projects.
