摘 要:本文以兰州至海口国家高速公路重庆至遵义段(贵州境)扩容工程T14标项目为例,以项目蒲场枢纽互通钢箱梁斜跨既有线施工为背景,针对喀斯特山区整跨钢箱梁运输困难及受下部现浇梁斜交影响支架设计受限两大技术难题,结合现场踏勘展开理论分析,通过创新工法提出处理措施:钢箱梁采用纵横分段加工,根据吊装顺序分段运输进场,可避免整跨运输及吊装高风险;合理设计分段节点,减少现浇梁上临时支架立柱数量,并采取现浇箱梁增设内支撑方法实现顶底板共同受力,解决分段吊装支架设计问题。本文提出的两项施工技术已成功应用于蒲场枢纽互通匝道桥,验证了分段吊装支架设计的安全性及可行性,可为类似工程施工提供参考。This article takes the T14 section of the Chongqing Zunyi section(Guizhou border)expansion project of the Lanzhou Haikou National Expressway as an example,and takes the construction of the Puchang interchange steel box girder inclined span existing line as the background.In response to the two major technical difficulties of transporting the entire span steel box girder in karst mountainous areas and the limited design of the support due to the influence of the lower cast-in-place beam oblique intersection,theoretical analysis is carried out based on on-site investigation.Through innovative construction methods,treatment measures are proposed:the steel box girder is processed in sections vertically and horizontally,and transported to the site in sections according to the lifting sequence,which can avoid high risks of transportation and lifting of the entire span.We reasonably design segmented nodes,reduce the number of temporary support columns on cast-in-place beams,and adopt the method of adding internal supports to cast-in-place box beams to achieve joint force distribution between the top and bottom plates,solving the design problem of segmented lifting brackets.The two construction techniques proposed in this article have been successfully applied to the interchange ramp bridge of Puchang Hub,verifying the safety and feasibility of the segmented lifting bracket design,which can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
