摘 要:随着信息技术的飞速发展,国家对工程数字化、智能化给予高度重视,工程数字化交付已成为水利水电行业发展的必然趋势。本文在分析数字化交付内涵和内容的基础之上,结合实际水利水电工程案例,梳理了水利水电工程数字化交付的现状,找出了数字交付的实施障碍,从政府和企业两个层面提出了未来发展对策,以推动水利水电工程数字化交付全面落地,提升项目的价值,助力水利水电行业的高质量发展。With the rapid development of information technology,the digitization and intelligence of engineering are highly valued.Digital delivery has become an inevitable trend in the development of the hydropower and water conservancy industry.Based on an analysis of the connotations and contents of digital delivery,this paper,by examining practical cases in hydropower and water conservancy projects,outlines the current status of digital delivery in the industry,identifies the implementation obstacles,and proposes development strategies from both government and enterprise perspectives.These strategies aim to promote the comprehensive implementation of digital delivery in hydropower and water conservancy projects,enhance project value,and contribute to the high-quality development of the hydropower and water conservancy sector.
