摘  要:本文研究了铁路工程中有砟轨道施工铺轨技术,通过深入探讨道砟摊铺、道岔铺设、轨排铺设及长钢轨铺设与焊接等关键技术环节,系统分析了技术流程与质量控制措施。采用现场实践与理论分析相结合的方法,提出了提高施工精度与效率的策略。研究结果表明,合理控制摊铺厚度、压实度及焊接质量等关键因素,能显著提升轨道的稳定性和平顺性。这一成果对确保铁路工程质量和运营安全具有重要意义,为铁路建设提供了科学依据和技术指导。This article studies the construction and laying technology of ballasted tracks in railway engineering.Through in-depth exploration of key technical links such as ballast laying,turnout laying,track panel laying,and long steel rail laying and welding,the technical process and quality control measures are systematically analyzed.A strategy for improving construction accuracy and efficiency was proposed by combining on-site practice with theoretical analysis.The research results indicate that reasonable control of key factors such as paving thickness,compaction degree,and welding quality can significantly improve the stability and smoothness of the track.This achievement is of great significance in ensuring the quality and operational safety of railway engineering,providing scientific basis and technical guidance for railway construction.
