摘　　要：外泌体是含有多种生物活性分子、几乎所有细胞都可分泌的脂质双分子层结构的细胞外囊泡。不同类型细胞释放的外泌体执行不同的生物学功能,已证实其通过配体-受体结合方式参与机体免疫应答、抗原提呈、细胞迁移与分化、毛发生长等生理过程。最近研究报道显示,外泌体也可从子宫和胎盘等外环境分泌,在胚胎着床与发育、动物妊娠疾病治疗等过程中发挥重要作用。本文对外泌体在妊娠过程中应用的最新进展、新的思路进行了综述,旨在为特种经济动物及濒危动物的妊娠及妊娠疾病诊疗提供指导。Exosomes are lipid bilayer structures containing various bioactive molecules that can be secreted by almost all cells.However,exosomes released by different types of cells perform different biological functions,and have been confirmed to participate in physiological processes such as immune response,antigen presentation,cell migration and differentiation,and hair growth through ligand receptor binding.Recent research reports have shown that exosomes can also be secreted from the fetus and placenta,playing an important role in embryo implantation and development,as well as in the treatment of animal pregnancy diseases.In order to offer recommendations for endangered and unique economic animals in the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy and pregnancy-related illnesses,this paper reviewed the most recent developments and innovative theories about the use of extracellular vesicles in pregnancy.
