摘　　要：在全球治理面临深刻调整,全球治理亟须塑造更加公平公正的模式之时,10月22日至24日,在俄罗斯喀山举行的金砖国家领导人第十六次会晤通过的《金砖国家领导人第十六次会晤喀山宣言——加强多边主义,促进公正的全球发展与安全》,把加强经济金融合作等作为“大金砖合作”的重要部分,充分彰显了以金砖国家为代表的“全球南方”国家追求公正发展的决心。At a time when global governance is facing profound adjustments and there is an urgent need for a more fair and just model of global governance,the Kazan Declaration of the XVI BRICS Summit-Strengthening Multilateralism for Just Global Development and Security,adopted at the 16th BRICS Summit in Kazan,Russia,on 22-24 October,The strengthening of economic and financial cooperation as an important part of the"Greater BRICS Cooperation"fully demonstrates the determination of the"Global South"countries represented by the BRICS countries to pursue just development.
