摘　　要：针对柔性调测工作站仪器资源不稳定、被测单元种类多,调测任务变化快的特点,设计了一种自动分配调测任务的方法。该方法从工作站设计、生产实际情况出发,基于多色集合理论思想,建立调测工位仪器集合、产品信息集合、测试任务集合。以最小调试时间为目标,利用各个集合元素颜色特征,设计调测任务分配原则。面对不同种类、数量的测试任务输入时,自动分析当前工作站状态,将输入的调测任务细分至单个测试项,以单个测试项时间为衡量要素,将测试项均匀分配到工作站中的调测工位,实现动态测试资源条件下的生产任务自动分配。解决了无序的多种类产品调测任务分配问题,实际应用表明,该方法大幅降低了工艺复杂度,有效提高了生产效率和仪器利用率。A method for automatically allocating measurement and testing tasks has been designed in response to the characteristics of the flexible measurement and testing workstation,such as unstable instrument resources,a wide variety of units under test,and rapidly changing testing tasks.This method,starting from the design and actual production conditions of the workstation,and based on the theory of multi-color sets,establishes the instrument set for measurement and testing stations,the product information set,and the testing task set.With the goal of minimizing debugging time,the allocation principles for measurement and testing tasks are designed using the color characteristics of the elements in each set.When faced with different types and quantities of testing tasks,the method automatically analyzes the current status of the workstation,subdivides the input measurement and testing tasks into individual test items,and uses the time of each test item as a measurement factor to evenly distribute the test items to the measurement and testing stations within the workstation,achieving automatic allocation of production tasks under dynamic testing resource conditions.This solves the problem of allocating unordered measurement and testing tasks for various types of products.Practical application has shown that this method significantly reduces the complexity of the process and effectively improves production efficiency and instrument utilization.
