基于非接触式监测的污秽复合绝缘子空间电场信号特征研究

摘  要:与传统的人工巡视、检测方法相比,非接触式污闪在线监测及预警方法工作量小,针对性强,可以及时发现并排除污闪隐患。在运行电压条件下,野外恶劣的环境可能会对绝缘子造成影响,导致局部放电和电弧的产生。这些现象可能进一步发展为全面的闪络现象,最终导致污闪事故的发生。空间电场信号被认为是一种有效的非接触监测参量,但现阶段缺乏对闪络发展过程中空间电场特性的研究。因此,本文以FXBW-35/70复合绝缘子为例,通过试验研究了干燥、污秽层湿润、局部起弧时的空间电场特征。研究结果表明:在复合绝缘子不同伞裙表面状态下,空间电场信号的有效值分量和峰值分量均有明显变化。例如,盐密在0.08 mg/cm^(2)下,以干燥状态作为参照,当污秽层处于湿润状态时,空间电场的有效值分量和幅值分量各自增长了98.9%和212.5%;当污秽层湿润并带有局部电弧时,空间电场有效值分量和幅值分量各自增长了334.5%和500.0%。对比监测的两种信号源(空间电场信号和泄漏电流信号),泄漏电流峰值不稳定且波动性过大,空间电场监测的稳定性远远优于泄漏电流。与泄漏电流信号相比,空间电场不仅可以以非接触方式进行测量,且作为污秽度超标和污闪的预警依据,具有更丰富的变化特性。该文研究结果可为输配电外绝缘运行状态监测提供新的技术支撑。Compared with the traditional manual inspection and detection methods,the non-contact online pollution flashover monitoring and early warning method has small workload and strong pertinence,and can timely find and eliminate the potential pollution flashover.Insulators under operating voltage are vulnerable to the impact of harsh outdoor environment,resulting in partial discharge and arc,or even comprehensive flashover,which may lead to pollution flashover accidents.The space electric field signal is considered as an effective non-contact monitoring parameter,but the research on the characteristics of space electric field during flashover development is lacking at this stage.Therefore,this paper takes FXBW-35/70 composite insulator as an example to study the spatial electric field characteristics when the insulator is dry,dirty layer is wet,and local arcing occurs.The results show that the effective value components and the peak value components of the space electric field signal change significantly under different conditions of the umbrella skirt surface of the composite insulator.For example,when the salt density is 0.08 mg/cm^(2) and the dry state is taken as the benchmark,when the dirt layer is wet,the effective value component and amplitude component of the spatial electric field increase by 98.9%and 212.5%respectively;When the dirty layer is wet and has local arc,the effective value component and amplitude component of the space electric field increase by 334.5%and 500.0%respectively.Comparing the two signal sources monitored(space electric field signal and leakage current signal),the peak value of leakage current is unstable and fluctuates too much.The stability of space electric field monitoring is far better than that of leakage current.Compared with the leakage current signal,the space electric field can not only be measured in a non-contact manner,but also serve as an early warning basis for pollution degree exceeding the standard and pollution flashover,with more abundant variation characteristics.The
