摘  要:本文提出了一种基于非线性与随机化定价的柔性负荷调控策略,其核心在于利用非线性与随机化定价措施替代传统的硬性限制措施。根据不同柔性负荷的运行特性进行定制,对于功率水平连续可调的负荷,惩罚其需求的平方,引导其合理分布负荷;对于可延迟循环的负荷,则惩罚其延迟循环时间,优化其运行策略。为了验证方法的有效性,本文以电动汽车和家用电器作为两类柔性负荷的代表在配电网测试系统中进行了案例研究。实验结果表明,与传统的灵活性限制措施相比,本文所提出的基于非线性与随机化定价的控制策略优化了配电网中的能源资源配置,如在中渗透率-高灵活性电动汽车场景下,相比于不采取措施应对需求响应集中的问题,采用统一灵活性措施和统一非线性定价措施并在参数最合适时,总成本分别可降低3.60%和3.77%。This paper proposes a flexible load regulation strategy based on nonlinear and randomized pricing,the core of which is to use nonlinear and randomized pricing measures to replace the traditional hard restriction measures.It is customized according to the operating characteristics of different flexible loads,penalizing the square of the demand for loads with continuously adjustable power levels and guiding them to reasonably distribute their loads,while penalizing the delayed cycle time for loads that can be delayed cycled to optimize their operating strategies.To verify the effectiveness of the method,this paper conducts a case study in a distribution network test system using electric vehicles and household appliances as representatives of two types of flexible loads.Experimental results show that the nonlinear and randomized pricing-based control strategy proposed in this paper optimizes the allocation of energy resources in the distribution network compared to the traditional flexibility constraint measures.For example,in the medium-penetration-high-flexibility EV scenario,the total cost can be reduced by 3.60%and 3.77%,respectively,by using the uniform flexibility measure and the uniform nonlinear pricing measure and when the parameters are optimal,as compared to taking no measures to cope with the demand response concentration problem.
