摘 要:标准测力仪作为一种计量器具,在力学量传体系中起承上启下的作用,通过高准确度等级的标准测力仪,国家基准的量值才能准确、可靠地传递,才能确保人民生产、生活的正常开展。力传感器的性能直接关系到标准测力仪的准确度等级。本文分析了力传感器中球头副结构、尺寸、材料,受力方式等因素对其性能的影响,通过实验用一台力传感器分别装配三种球头副,使用同一台力标准机分别检测其性能参数,探寻具体影响量的大小。As a measuring instrument,the standard force gauge plays a crucial role in the transmission system of mechanical quantities.Only with high-precision standard force gauges can the national benchmark values be accurately and reliably transmitted,ensuring the normal development of people’s production and life.The performance of force sensors is directly related to the accuracy level of standard force measuring instruments.This article analyzes the influence of factors such as the structure,size,material,and force mode of the ball head pair in force sensors on their performance.Through experiments,three different structural types of ball head pairs were assembled with a force sensor,and their performance parameters were tested using the same force standard machine to explore the specific size of the influencing factor s.
