摘 要:监测设备的精准度、实时性、连续性与气体在线监测系统数据的可靠性密切相关。研究旨在对比5款在线式二氧化碳红外分析仪的检测性能,揭示设备的性能和功能优势及其局限性。实验结果显示,五种在线式红外二氧化碳分析仪的示值误差均控制在±2%FS以内,重复性不超过1%,稳定性不超过2%FS。经过严格的数据分析,发现五种仪器中,仅有三个型号的设备在两两相互比较时,其相关系数大于0.9,通过一个月的监测结果分析发现,D设备监测二氧化碳浓度日变明显,并且吸入式检测仪的响应时间相较于扩散式检测仪较短,其检测速度迅速,具备远距离对危险区域进行测量的能力。本研究不仅为相关设备的质量监督工作提供了参考,也为未来相关设备的优化和升级指明了方向。The accuracy,real-time performance and continuity of the monitoring equipment are closely related to the reliability of the gas online monitoring system data.The s tudy aims to compare the detection performance of five online carbon dioxide infrared analyzer,and reveal the performance and functional advantages of the equipment and their limitations.The experimental results show that the value errors of the five online infrared carbon dioxide analyzer are controlled within±2%FS,the repeatability is not more than 1%,and the stability is not more than 2%FS.After strict data analysis,found that the five kinds of instruments,only three types of equipment in the two comparison,the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.9,through the analysis of a month of monitoring results found that D equipment monitoring carbon dioxide concentration,and the response time of the suction detector,the detection speed is fast,has the ability to measure dangerous areas.This study not only provides a reference for the quality supervision of related equipment,but also points out the direction for the optimization and upgrading of related equipment in the future.
