摘 要:为解决车载智能网联终端以太网端口在ns级瞬态电磁脉冲抗扰度试验中由于辅助设备抗瞬态电磁脉冲干扰性能不足导致的非预期性能降级问题,采用设计脉冲抑制电路和优化屏蔽封装结构的方法,研制一款用于100Mbps以太网端口的瞬态电磁脉冲抑制装置。该装置可以将ISO 10605:2023定义静电放电脉冲由30kV抑制至359.7V。同时该装置也可以将ISO 7637-3:2016定义的快速电瞬态脉冲抑制由1 kV抑制至11.2V。该装置插入以太网链路后,以太网链路的数据吞吐率达到99.76%至99.78%,通信时延增量不大于2μs,通信丢包率增量低于0.1%。应用实例的验证结果表明:研制的瞬态电磁脉冲抑制装置在实现了对30kV静电脉冲有效抑制条件下,没有导致以太网的通信质量的明显下降。In order to solve the problem of unexpected performance degradation of intelligent network products ethernet ports caused by auxiliary equipment during transient pulse immunity test,a pulse suppression device has been developed for 100 Mbps ethernet.The device is capable of suppressing electrostatic discharge pulses defined in ISO 10605:2023 from 30 kV to 359.7 V.The device is also can be used for fast transient pulses pulse defined in ISO 7637-3:2016,it can suppress1 kV pulse to 11.4 V.There is no obvious performance reduction after the device is applied to ethernet link.The data throughput is greater than 99.76%.The incremental round trip delay is no more than 2μs.The incremental packet loss rate is less than 0.1%.The verification results show that the transient pulse suppression device has no obvious impact on the communication quality of ethernet during transient electromagnetic pulse pulse suppression.
