摘  要:新生儿黄疸治疗箱是在儿科临床中用于对婴儿黄疸进行治疗的设备,使用时,将婴儿放入箱体内,通过蓝光灯对婴儿进行蓝光照射,从而达到治疗黄疸的目的。针对国内目前尚无该设备的国家校准规范的情况,文章从设备原理入手,提出仪器的校准方法、技术指标,并开展验证试验。通过试验数据计算得到预老化后的胆红素总辐照度误差为0.15mW/cm^(2),有效辐照区域内胆红素总辐照度的分布均匀度为75.7%,温度波动度不大于0.12℃,床垫水平放置时温度均匀度不大于0.51℃,床垫倾斜放置时温度均匀度不大于0.70℃,平均温度与控制温度之差为-0.38℃,相对湿度示值误差为-3.5%RH。结果表明制定的校准方法和技术指标简便易行、科学合理,可以用于新生儿黄疸治疗箱的校准。The neonatal jaundice treatment box is a device used in pediatric clinical practice to treat infant jaundice.The baby is placed inside the box andthe blue light shines on the baby through a blue light lamp to treat jaundice.At present,there is no national calibration specification for the equipment.The calibration methods and technical indicators are proposed based on the principle of the equipment.An experiment was conducted to verify the correctness of the calibration method.Through the experiment,the error of total irradiance for bilirubin after pre-aging is 0.15 mW/cm^(2).The distribution uniformity of total irradiance of bilirubin in the effective irradiated area is 75.7%,and the temperature fluctuation is not more than 0.12℃.When the mattress is placed horizontally,the temperature uniformity is not more than 0.51℃.When the mattress is tilted,the temperature uniformity is not more than 0.70℃.The difference between the average temperature and the control temperature is-0.38℃,and the indication error of humidity is-3.5%RH.The results indicate that the calibration method and technical indicators are simple,feasible,scientifically reasonable,and can be used for the calibration of neonatal jaundice treatment boxes.
