摘 要:基于反射靶在脱气水中振动模拟胎儿心跳是评价超声多普勒胎心仪性能的主要方法。针对传统采用电机马达驱动连杆使反射靶摆动的方法存在高频稳定性弱、反射靶运动方向与声波发射方向存在夹角、探测深度不可调等问题。提出设计一种运动方向垂直探测深度可调的宽频超声多普勒胎心模拟装置。该装置采用了基于扬声器结构的胎心振动模拟机构方案,主要由长细杆和末端小球组成的反射靶,高性能防水振动膜,伸缩式检定腔等组成,该结构实现了靶向球运动方向垂直和探测深度线性可调。搭建了胎心模拟装置电路系统,由主控模块、D/A转换电路、功率放大电路等组成,设计了双极性二级缓冲连接电路等关键电路。在此基础上,利用示波器及超声多普勒胎心仪对其胎心率示值误差进行测试,试验结果表明该系统技术指标符合要求,能够高效、准确地完成胎心率模拟任务。Nowadays,the the performance of ultrasound Doppler fetal heart rate monitors are mainly evaluated by fetal heartbeat simulation method based on the vibration of reflection targets in degassed water.And traditionally,a motor is used to drive the connecting rod to swing the reflection target.However the traditional method has problems such as weak high-frequency stability,angle between the direction of reflection target movement and the direction of sound wave emission,and non-adjustable detection depth.This article proposes a novel design of a broadband ultrasound Doppler fetal heart rate simulation device with adjustable vertical detection depth in the direction of motion.The device adopts a fetal heart vibration simulation mechanism scheme based on a speaker structure,mainly composed of a reflective target composed of a long and thin rod and a small end ball,a highperformance waterproof vibration film,a telescopic calibration chamber,etc.The structure realizes the vertical direction movement of target ball and linear adjustable detection depth.A fetal heart rate simulation device circuit system was built,consisting of a main control module,D/A conversion circuit,power amplification circuit,etc.Key circuits such as bipolar two-stage buffer connection circuit were designed.The fetal heart rate indication error of the designed system was tested using an oscilloscope and an ultrasound Doppler fetal heart rate detector.The test results showed that the technical indicators of the designed system could meet the requirements and could efficiently and accurately realize the fetal heart rate simulation.
