摘 要:核取证现场快速分析和定性需要在短时间内实现大量样品的快速分离测量。该研究针对高通量、快速检测的核取证应用需求,建立了复杂基体中铀的自动色谱分离装置-ICPMS/MS联用分析技术。搭建了蠕动泵和多位选择阀为核心的自动分离装置,该装置预设多个样品位,具有全自动化、本底低、运行稳定等显著特点。通过吸附实验选定UTEVA树脂作为分离树脂。完成了含铀溶液样品在UTEVA树脂分离条件优化和自动分离流程开发,分离流程对铀的回收率接近100%,并且分离后不需要进一步制样即可直接用于ICP-MS/MS测量。^(235)U/^(238)U同位素比值测量相对标准偏差≤1.6%,与参考值偏差小于2%。利用该技术开展了铀矿石样品中的铀含量及^(235)U/^(238)U同位素比值分析,检验了方法的实用性。The rapid analysis and on-site nuclear forensics require rapid separation and measurement of a large number of samples in a short time.In this research,an automatic chromatographic separation device combined with ICP-MS/MS for analysis of uranium in a complex matrix was established.U-TEVA resin was selected as the separation resin through batch adsorption experiments,and a hi gh efficient automatic separation procedure of U was accordingly established.The recovery of uranium in the separation procedure was close to 100%,meanwhile the final sample eluent could be directly transferred to ICP-MS/MS measurement without further sample preparation.The relative standard deviation of ^(235)U/^(238)U isotope ratio measurement was less than1.6%,and the relative bias compared with the reference value was less than 2%.The method was further applied to the analysis of uranium ore samples,which verified the practicability of the method.
