摘 要:为了减少220kV以下电网的停电时间和停电损失,在设备停电检修和实时调度操作时,均应该满足“不过载、不增风险”安全校核要求。然而,现有停电检修计划制定时往往过多关注于线路自身的运行状况,没有顾及其他线路及整体的过载和风险状况。特别在大区域、跨区域等场合,电网整体的安全性能将受到极大挑战。对此,提出计及停电检修转供方式制定的脆弱线路自动安全校核方法。首先,建立停电检修转供方式中的信息与能量关系,给出信息传输方式,建立停电检修物理元件、能量流和信息流的关联关系;其次,给出脆弱线路的定义、范围及其计算模型,给出其能量传输的关联模型;再次,基于蒙特卡罗模拟、数据统计分析及主成分分析方法,给出脆弱线路的辨别方法,并给出安全校核的策略。最后,以后实际电力系统为例,对所给出的方法进行测验以表明所提方法的有效性。In order to reduce the outage time and outage losses of power grids below 220kV,the safety verification requirements of“no overload and no increase in risk”should be met during equipment outage maintenance and real-time scheduling operations.However,existing power outage maintenance plans often focus too much on the operating conditions of the lines themselves,without considering the overload and risk conditions of other lines and the overall system.Especially in large-scale and cross regional situations,the overall safety performance of the power grid will be greatly challenged.Propose an automatic safety verification method for fragile transmission lines that takes into account the power outage maintenance and supply conversion methods.Firstly,establish an energy model for the power outage maintenance transfer mode,provide information transmission methods,and establish a correlation model between the physical components,energy flow,and information flow of power outage maintenance.Secondly,provide the definition,scope,and calculation model of fragile transmission lines,as well as the correlation model of their energy transfer.Thirdly,based on Monte Carlo simulation,data statistical analysis,and principal component analysis methods,a method for identifying vulnerable lines is proposed,and a strategy for safety verification is provided.Finally,taking the actual power system as an example,the proposed method will be tested to demonstrate its effectiveness.
